Dr. Robert Avery, PT, DPT received a Bachelor’s of Natural Science degree with a minor in Biology prior to earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Daemen University in Amherst, NY last May of 2021.
His medical professional career began as a Licensed Massage Therapist after completing the programs at Nevada School of Massage Therapy, and New York Institute of Massage. Emphasizing on deep structural therapy, he worked in a Chiropractic office where he focused on performing medical massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and structural repatterning techniques. Years later he opened his own Massage therapy business.
Dr. Robert always had a passion for helping people and made the commitment to advance his career into Physical Therapy. While obtaining his PT license, he increased his knowledge of the human body by becoming lead practitioner for a local franchise offering practitioner assisted stretching.
Throughout his career, Dr. Robert has worked with athletes, people of all ages recovering from injuries and surgeries, individuals with neurological disorders, and people with a wide range of physical deficits. His top goal is to enhance his patient’s lives by improving their function

In his free time, Dr. Robert enjoys being adventurous by hiking, camping, riding roller coasters, and even skydiving (once).
