Dayna Hansen grew up in the Central Valley of California surrounded by a lively family inclusive of four sisters. During her school years in Patterson, California, she enjoyed a variety of sports inclusive of basketball, softball, volleyball and golf.
Dayna’s love of sports found her joining the collegiate crew team and basketball team while studying at University of Washington, and later earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at San Diego Christian College.
Dayna furthered her studies in Physical Therapy with skilled clinical rotations in a variety of settings, inclusive of skilled nursing care, acute care and later found her love for Orthopedics while performing duties as an Exercise Specialist in Outpatient Orthopedic Care.
Her skill and compassionate caring was instrumental in gaining admittance to the highly competitive Mesa College Physical Therapy Program where Dayna obtained both her Professional Degree in Physical Therapy and her Licensure.
Dayna continues her journey of further education and certifications by being an active member and student of the prestigious Neuro Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute which is a post graduate advanced manual therapy certification utilized to gain the best Physical Therapy outcomes for her patients.
In her spare time, Dayna enjoys activities such as photography, basketball, and enjoying family time with the joy of having family close by. Her passion and knowledge continues to help her patient’s towards a pain free lifestyle through manual therapy and exercise.
Dayna’s motto continues to be, “To help those in need and to try to put a smile on their face.”
